department consists of factory trained technicians, providing us with
over 150 years of combined experience. They are constantly attending
factory training schools and update seminars to keep up to date with the
constantly changing face of diesel technology. We are also authorized to
provide warranty service on most major makes of diesel engine,
generator, industrial power plant, and fuel injection system. Our
technicians are equipped with the field capabilities to conduct on site
repairs either at the dock, generator, or where ever you may need. |
Engine Repair Service
You can rely on Coastal Diesel Service for quality engine repair service. We have a five bay repair facility dedicated to drive in engine and truck or equipment repair. Our diesel mechanics offer a variety of services for all makes and models including: heavy duty truck and trailer repair, industrial equipment repair, generator and electrical repair, major engine repairs, computer diagnostics, and roadside assistance. We are also authorized to work on many major brands like Cummins, John Deere, Kubota, Deutz, Yanmar, Perkins, Onan, Kholer, and Isuzu engines.
Fuel Injection Repair Service
Coastal Diesel Service has up to date testing equipment for most types of diesel fuel injection pumps and injectors, highly skilled technicians and an inventory of pumps and injectors ready for installation. We are also able to offer removal, installation, and accurate timing of diesel fuel injection pumps and injectors in our shop. Stop by for diagnosis and we will schedule the repair of all your fuel injection issues or repairs.
Generator Service
Our generator repair service center and generator repair mobile technicians provide you with experience and professionalism. Marine Dock Side Service
Coastal Diesel Service offers you the convenience of having your boat serviced or repaired wherever it is docked; at the marina, boatyard, or at your home. Our trained professionals have the tools and knowledge to complete the services, repairs, or engine surveys that you require while you retain the ability to access your vessel.
Engine Certification
Coastal Diesel Service has the ability to perform engine dynamometers up to 1000 Hp and can test for Tier III certification. We can also load bank generators up to 400 KW in house or during a mobile repair or service.
